A ” Delivery guranteed ” option entitles you to have your order resent immediately and without justification (just the status of the carrier) of customs seizure or loss of the package. In case of breakage, a reshipping of damaged products will be carried out immediately. You must provide a photo of the broken item in its original packaging.
DELIVERY RATES
Airmail (w/ tracking) – $20.00 per order
There are two options to select from when placing your order. The goods are delivered by airmail for both methods. Airmail w/ tracking will sometimes require signature and airmail without tracking will not require signature and is not traceable. We prefer to send by traceable post due of security reasons. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please send us an email. If you chose airmail with tracking, you will be able to track your order. If you chose airmail without tracking, we are unable to trace your package.
We package and ship our products worldwide discreetly to ensure delivery success. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our packages. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will be divided into two or more packages (all for the one Shipment charge of $20.00 USD).
